Yoga One Houston is a modern hot yoga studio, custom design in midtown Houston, Texas. First established in 2001, since then, they have been devotedly and actively developing their individual practices of yoga. In 2007, the yoga studio decided to upgrade their yoga program and share yoga to anyone by means of teaching and lessons in the art. They have taken the founders collective experience and knowledgeable instructors to develop new studio and new classes, which are geared in giving students the best experience possible in yoga.

The studio has plenty of parking spaces and has a custom designed brand new studio space with showers and locker rooms. The classes and program schedules were designed with the working individual in mind, with classes before and after work, even at lunch to suit every working individual needs.
